over/time

over/time is a programatically-determined, variable collage about decay and the passage of time. It doubles as a clock—by “reading” the number of images in each quadrant, one can tell the time.

over/time was featured in an essay by Mark Alice Durant in the catalog from the exhibition “Some Assembly Required: Collage Culture in Post War America.” Read an excerpt.
